Founder of Falcon Termite and Pest Control, Charles Witherington, had been involved in the Pest Control industry for over 20 years when he ultimately decided that outstanding service trumped corporate profit and poor service. His resolution: Start a pest control company of his own, based on honesty and integrity, and the idea that customers will want a service that is based on loyal and hard working employees.
In 1997 Louis and Patricia Witherington purchased the company from Charles. They now steer Falcon Termite & Pest Control with over 25 years of pest management experience. Louis took his extensive training under Charles’s wing and earned a degree in both business and entomology (the scientific study of insects). Patricia’s experience of event planning, media promotion and merchandise marketing with the largest resort & entertainment organization in the world has helped promote Falcon’s positive image even further. Throughout the 00’s, Patti streamlined training and improved organization with strategic marketing of the Falcon brand which increased its growth and revenue and became President of the company in 2009. Louis has since delved deeper into research and development, studying cutting edge pest reduction products and treatment applications and applying them to Falcon’s state-of-the-art program.
