There really is a right and a wrong way to apply bug spray repellents. The correct way to start is to carefully read the label of the product before purchasing or applying. When trying to keep ticks and mosquitoes away for you, the CDC recommends repellents containing either picaridin, oil of lemon eucalyptus, or IR3535. Stay safe this summer and keep the bugs away!
