- Borate New Construction Pretreatment: Homeowners should request Bora-Care© for the termite pretreatment of their new home. This treatment is applied after all framing is complete. This is a permanent wood treatment that termites cannot tube through and also prevents general household pests from nesting inside your walls.
- Soil Treatment: If you are pouring concrete of any kind, by state law, the soil must be treated prior to the concrete being poured. We use metered totes to ensure the proper amount of product is being applied to make sure your project is protected.
- Baiting System: After final grade, we can install a convenient, hassle-free termite pretreatment method. A monitoring system is placed around the home and is checked by Falcon on a quarterly basis.
