Meet Kirby, our Termite Detection Dog

Canines have been helping law enforcement agents for years to find bombs, drugs, people, and weapons. Their assistance is also a valuable tool in termite detection. A typical human inspector is only able to truly inspect approximately 30% of a home. Not anymore! Dogs can now inspect 100% of a home with an accuracy rate of 98-100%, documented by the University of Florida.

Kirby, our National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association (NESDCA) certified termite inspector dog, along with Scott, is able to check the inside of finished walls, doors, window frames, underneath floors, cinderblocks, behind appliances, and other hard to reach places to ensure an accurate termite inspection is performed.

Confirmed Termite Elimination
Once we have completed a new termite treatment we always come back and perform an interior and exterior dog inspection to ensure that the treatment eliminated all termites inside the structure.

Conventional wood destroying organism inspections are a thing of the past. Dogs are able to inspect all aspects of a structure including hard too reach places and areas of a home where humans cannot inspect to ensure an accurate WDO.
