I already had their home pest service when I saw them doing the yard of a neighbor. I had a different lawn company and was not happy with them. I went across the street and talked to Jeni their service rep. She convinced me to add their lawn service.After a few months the yard is much, much better. I have used Falcon Lawn and Pest for many years and they have always delivered on their promise to exceed my expectations. With the lack of rain and hot weather my lawn was suffering and didn't look as green and healthy as I thought it should. One call to the office and within a couple of days they sent Glenn Davis to immediately address my concern. He developed a solution to address the issues and told me he would follow up in two weeks to make sure the lawn was looking better. I saw changes within days and at his followup my lawn was the greenest and healthiest on the street. Thank you Glenn for your expertise, delivering on your promise and providing unmatched customer service. I highly recommend Falcon and you will not be disappointed!

They have been very sweet and accommodating from the start! Prices are fair and the staff is friendly. There was a small error in communication, but Falcon and the office staff (JoAnne) were so quick and responsive to ensure it was fixed! They had our technician (DeMar) out less than 24 hours later. Whenever I have concerns about lawn issues the reply from Falcon Lawn & Pest has always been courteous, professional and fast response. I rate them A+ especially the lawn manager Glenn Davis who will come and take care of my lawn issues himself and will follow up until issue has resolved. Every company should have someone like him who truly cares for his customers.

Two technicians arrived to take care of the bugs on my outside shrubs they spoke up me telling me what the cause was, and told me they would apply the necessary treatment. They also spoke to me about changing the amount of water my automatic sprinklers were set at. I appreciate the information and concern for my shrubs. Thanks

Update: We had some serious problems with our lawn as the photos would indicate. Initially, I was very disappointed because my research suggested that Falcon was my best choice for economical, quality lawn service. The first few months of service were great and then the problems occurred. It took a while to reach upper level management, but once this happened, good things started to happen again. In fact, we discovered that the owner, Mr Louis Witherington, takes any deficiencies in the quality of his service very seriously. He became personally involved and proffered a treatment plan that would ensure a lawn that appropriately displayed the company distinction among lawn care providers. Photos show improvements in a couple months. For now, we will continue service with Falcon and hope the lapse was an anomaly, or perhaps an incident that led to a change in policy or procedure. Nevertheless, it was nothing short of impressive to see the level of engagement, up to the owner, to ensure a certain standard, reputation and quality.

My Tech guys Name is Glen and He is Always Professional and Courteous going beyond the Scope of a Great Employee. He always Calls ahead of the day he is actually coming out and does Exactly what he says he is going to do. If I have any concerns Glen Always takes the time to explain And Address them. I cannot say enough about Glen at Falcon Lawn and Pest Control! If I could give him and this company 10 Stars I would never hesitate! It’s nice to come home after a hard days work and see the sign Glen places in my yard after Treatment. I never have to worry if my yard is being done right that says a hell of a lot in these days! Quality and Integrity sums it all up!!!

I have tried 4 other lawn & pest services and Falcon is head and shoulders above all the rest. They are dependable, efficient and give expert care to my lawn, shrubs and trees. My service is provided by Jenny, a friendly young lady who always takes a few minutes to explain what service she is applying for that day. While I can't speak to their actual lawn/pest control service, I owe a debt of sincere gratitude to the cust svc & genuine act of kindness I received from one of the employees at Falcon (and honorable mention to her co-worker, Tammy or Tammi?) both of whom assisted me over emails and esp w/ JOANNE on the phone several times in one day. Even though I am not a customer, she went above & beyond to simply help me out of a jam w/ an unidentified critter I'd mistakenly thought was a rodent on my front porch and which she and her colleage, thru pics I emailed them (something I also made mistakes with but she didn't give up on me :) ultimately determined was actually a BAT! I never saw a bat before; had no idea they were the size of mice and in my irrational state and panic-stricken fear of mice had this poor thing trapped. I didn't want to leave it there and she couldn't provide a service for me but she gave me MORAL SUPPORT and stayed on the phone w/ me while I freed this poor trapped bat. In my defense, at first I just thought I was covering a dead mouse :( Then it came back to life but I still thought it was a mouse so I kept a box on it :( Once I knew it wasn't a mouse tnx to the time devoted by Joanne & Falcon I felt awful & immed wanted to let it out...Anyway, the point is THANK YOU JOANNE!! FALCON services the condo's grounds where I'm currently staying, not by choice, just stuck here, w/ a jungle of FLA creatures all around me incl snakes and an ant infestation inside & out I can't afford to treat w/ more than bug spray, but if I can save up enough, they'll be my first call. They were professional, quick, efficient, friendly, even before Joanne was on the case to let me know there was nothing they could do about my unusual situation. Turns out they were WRONG :) Joanne, you (and ur colleague) are my heros and esp your kindness & patience on the phone w/ me won you a future customer. And for the record I have another review on here about a pest control svc in ORL and it ain't pretty so I mean that :) BTW there's an even bigger bat crawling around out on my front porch right now. I want to recognize Mr. Glenn Davis for his professionalism and responsiveness with taking care of my lawn. I've been a Falcon Lawn and Pest customer for 6 years and Glenn has been working with my lawn since Spring 2020. The lawn was not in good condition when he decided to take over as primary technician. Three months later, he's almost taken care of all weeds and bare spots. Glenn delivers what he promises. Since the time he started with me, not only has he followed up with regular lawn service but he also shows up to check on the condition of my lawn even when not scheduled to do so. When I first contacted him in the Spring I informed him that I could not continue paying for service I was not receiving. He asked me to give him an opportunity to work on making required corrections. He has DELIVERED! Today, I'm still with Falcon Lawn and Pest only because of the outstanding work Glenn has done.

The employees are extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Each individual is an expert in one aspect or another of lawncare, pests, and pest control. My lawncare team leader is fastidious about the way my lawn looks and has been responsible for the recovery of the lawn. Great people, great company.
